The server needs sign-in before it lists its tools, so these are as Plane's documentation names them (read 1 Nov 2026). They may be out of date.

• workitem

  Resource tool for work items; pass an action such as create, list, update, count, list_archived or retrieve_by_identifier.

• cycle

  Resource tool for cycles; pass an action such as create, list, archive, list_workitems or transfer_workitems.

• module

  Resource tool for modules; accepts actions such as list_workitems.

• project

  Resource tool for projects; the list action is paginated by default.

• member

  Resource tool for members; the me action returns the signed-in user.

• label

  Resource tool for labels; supports actions such as list.

• state

  Resource tool for states; supports actions such as list.

• work_log

  Resource tool for logging time on work items; supports actions such as create.

• workitem_comment

  Resource tool for comments on work items; supports actions such as create.

• get_pql_reference

  Retrieves the Plane Query Language reference, with detail set to brief or full, before composing filters.
